Payment Terms

These terms apply to future premium subscriptions and other paid digital services on Mantinomia.

Status

Premium is disabled in this installation. Payment should not be offered until checkout, webhooks, accounting, VAT assessment, and consumer information have been verified.

Vipps is the intended provider for the first paid Mantinomia feature, but no payment flow should be offered until the premium gate is enabled.

Product

The first paid product is a premium subscription with an ad-free experience and possible extra features. Mantinomia does not offer a marketplace, resale, stored balance, virtual currency, or payouts to users in v1.

Before Purchase

  • Total price, VAT status, billing period, and any automatic renewal must be shown before payment.
  • Cancellation, refund, and contact information must be clearly shown before the agreement is entered into.
  • The purchase button must make clear that the user is placing an order with payment obligation.
  • The user must receive contract/receipt confirmation on a durable medium.

Cancellation Right And Refunds

The practical v1 standard is a voluntary 14-day refund or cancellation option for premium, unless something else is clearly disclosed before purchase and is lawful under mandatory consumer law.

Payment Data

Mantinomia should use hosted checkout with Vipps or another reviewed payment provider and should not store card data. Mantinomia may store customer identifier, subscription status, payment events, receipts, and refund data for contract, support, accounting, and fraud prevention.

VAT And Accounting

Mantinomia should follow Norwegian VAT and bookkeeping rules. The business should not invoice with VAT before registration in the Norwegian VAT Register, and payment/accounting records should normally be kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year.
