Mantinomia presents texts, supports interaction around texts, lets users develop their own texts, and provides collaborative and social features built around texts.

• Account and identity data, such as authentication identifiers, profile slug, display name, verified-name data received through Vipps sign-in, and account status information.
• Profile and publication data, such as profile fields, avatars, visibility settings, uploaded texts, manually created documents, metadata, and related editing history.
• User-generated content and interaction data, such as comments, reactions, chat messages, quick notes, feedback submissions, attachments, and other content created through the service.
• Technical and security data, such as request logs, device or browser metadata, IP-derived security signals, rate-limiting information, and operational diagnostics.
• Consent, cookie, and storage-related data, such as ad-consent status, authentication session state, and browser-side preference storage.
• AI-feature input where relevant, such as prompts, uploaded material, page context, and related content sent to AI providers when users actively use AI-assisted functionality.

• To provide the service, accounts, profiles, text publishing, collaboration, and related features.
• To improve the service and user experience.
• To secure the service, prevent fraud or abuse, and enforce our terms.
• To communicate with users about account or operational matters where relevant.

Depending on the situation, we rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, or legal obligations as the legal basis for processing. Where explicit consent is required, especially for personalized advertising in Europe, we rely on consent before that processing takes place.

Mantinomia shows ads only to anonymous users. Logged-in users are ad-free.

In Europe, personalized ads may be shown only after explicit consent. Google Privacy & Messaging is used where applicable to gather and manage advertising consent.

Google may process data for its advertising and consent products under its own terms and policies. You can review Google's information about partner sites and ad technologies from Google's own privacy resources.

We use the following categories of providers to operate Mantinomia:

• Vercel: hosting, deployment, content delivery, and operational logs.
• Supabase: authentication, database, storage, and related application infrastructure.
• Google: AdSense advertising, Privacy & Messaging consent flows, and related advertising or consent technologies where enabled.
• Vipps: sign-in and identity data used for account authentication.
• OpenAI: AI-assisted features such as in-product help and AI-supported text processing where those features are used.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a lawful business reorganization.

Personal data is stored as long as the user account exists, unless longer retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Some operational logs, backups, and technical records may persist for a limited additional period where necessary for service reliability, security, or legal compliance.

Some providers may process data outside Norway or the EEA. Where that happens, transfers are handled through the provider's applicable legal transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent.
