Publishing Terms
These terms apply to curated works and future public user publishing on Mantinomia.
Status
Public user publishing is enabled. When enabled, users may publish their own works publicly only after accepting the publication warranty.
Publishing terms version: 2026-04-26.1.
Two Publishing Paths
- Curated works are published by Mantinomia/admin after a rights review.
- User publishing requires the user's rights warranty and an active feature gate.
User Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the works they publish. By making a work public, the user confirms that they own the work or have all rights needed to publish it on Mantinomia, and that publication will not infringe copyright, privacy, confidentiality, personality rights, contract rights, or any other third-party rights.
The user is responsible for copyright infringement, unlawful material, privacy violations, rights-holder claims, takedown requests, and losses or costs caused by publishing material they do not have the right to publish.

License From User
By uploading or publishing, the user grants Mantinomia a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, back up, display, technically format, index, and distribute the content according to the visibility choices the user has made.
This license does not transfer ownership of the user's work to Mantinomia. It only gives Mantinomia the permission needed to operate the service and show the work according to the user's chosen visibility setting.
Complaints And Removal
Rights holders and affected people can request review through the takedown process. Mantinomia may remove or hide content temporarily while the matter is investigated.
