Mantinomia presents texts, supports interaction around texts, lets users develop their own texts, and provides collaborative and social features built around texts.

Some parts of the service can be used without an account. An account is required for profiles, user content, chat, notes, feedback, and future premium features.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, publish publicly, or buy premium.
• Sign-in may use Vipps or other authentication that Mantinomia later offers.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• Mantinomia may restrict or close access for abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or breach of these terms.

You keep the rights you have in your own content. When you create, upload, send, or publish content, you grant Mantinomia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, back up, display, format, index, technically process, and distribute the content in line with your visibility choices and operation of the service.

You warrant that you have the necessary rights, that the content does not infringe others' copyright, privacy, trademarks, or other rights, and that it is not unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful to security.

Public user publishing requires an explicit user rights warranty. Users are fully responsible for material they make public. See the publishing terms.

Anonymous users may only be shown ads when the advertising feature is enabled and valid consent exists. Signed-in users and premium users should be ad-free.

Paid services are subject to separate payment terms. Mantinomia should not store card data itself; payment should happen through hosted checkout with a payment provider.

• Advertising: disabled; opens only when a Google-certified CMP with IAB TCF, consent logging, cookie inventory, and ad labeling have been verified.
• Personalized advertising: disabled; opens only when explicit TCF consent for personalization, vendors, and purposes has been verified for the EEA/UK/Switzerland.
• Premium: disabled; opens only when payment terms, checkout, cancellation/refund handling, VAT assessment, and accounting routines have been verified.
• AI on user uploads: disabled; opens only when AI disclosures, opt-in, vendor basis, and data minimization have been verified for user uploads.

Mantinomia may review, hide, restrict, delete, or retain content and accounts when needed for operation, abuse prevention, security, rights claims, complaints, legal orders, or enforcement of terms. Urgent rights, privacy, or security issues may be acted on without prior notice.

The service is provided as available. Mantinomia does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free text, complete accuracy, or that third-party services always work.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Consumers keep mandatory rights under Norwegian consumer law.
