Mantinomia presents texts, supports interaction around texts, lets users develop their own texts, and provides collaborative and social features built around texts.

Some parts of the service are available publicly without an account. Other features depend on an authenticated account.

• Accounts are optional, but some features require sign-in.
• Authentication currently relies on Vipps where offered.
• You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity carried out through your account.
• We may suspend or restrict access where necessary for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these terms.

• You are responsible for content you create, upload, publish, or submit through the service.
• You must have the rights needed to upload, publish, or share your content.
• You may not use Mantinomia for unlawful conduct, fraud, harassment, abuse, unauthorized access, or infringement of others' rights.
• You may not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the service.

We may review, remove, restrict, or retain content or accounts where reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate misuse, respond to complaints, protect users, or comply with law.

Mantinomia may display ads to anonymous users. Logged-in users are ad-free.

In Europe, personalized ads may be shown only after explicit consent.

Mantinomia also relies on third-party services such as hosting, authentication, storage, payment or identity partners, and AI-service providers. Your use of those features may involve those providers as described in the privacy documentation.

The service may change over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Mantinomia, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice where appropriate.

The Mantinomia service, including its software, design, and original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership of our rights to you.

You keep rights you hold in your own content, subject to the permissions and visibility choices you make within the service and the rights needed for us to operate the service.

Mantinomia is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or complete freedom from errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
